All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. - How soon will my order ship after I place it?
Orders are processed and scheduled for shipment on the same day they are placed. - How long does shipping take?
Under normal circumstances, shipping takes approximately 2 days.
There may be slight delays for certain regions or during holiday periods. - Can I return items?
Yes.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their items. - Can I return an item after opening the package?
Yes.
We accept return requests even if the product packaging has already been opened. - How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your refund request has been approved, the funds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 3 days. - Why are the prices so low?
