Due to sustained financial losses and increasing operational pressures in recent years, we have made the difficult decision to conduct a clearance sale at a loss. Currently, all tableware products are available at discounted prices for a limited time; inventory is limited and available only while supplies last.
To ensure you have a clear understanding of our delivery and after-sales processes, please refer to the logistics information below:

I. Shipping Information
 Shipping Origin: United States
 Order Processing Time: Processed on the same day
 Shipping Duration: Delivered in approximately 2 days
Once your order payment is successfully processed, our warehouse team will arrange for shipment as soon as possible, and we will send the corresponding logistics tracking information via our system.
Please note that delivery times may experience slight delays during holidays, periods of severe weather, or peak logistics seasons. We appreciate your understanding.

II. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can track its shipping status using the provided tracking number.
If you do not receive any logistics updates for an extended period, please contact our Customer Service team promptly for assistance.

III. Returns and Refunds
To ensure a positive shopping experience for you, Mary Mix offers the following after-sales services:
 Return Period: Within 30 days of receiving the item(s)
 Returns Accepted: Even if the product packaging has been opened
 Refund Processing Time: Funds will be returned to your original payment method within approximately 3 days after your return request has been approved

IV. Billing Terms
All orders placed with Mary Mix are processed as one-time payments for one-time purchases.
The amount paid by the customer covers only the specific items included in the current order and does not include any of the following:
 Automatic renewals
 Membership subscriptions
 Recurring charges
 Hidden fees or charges
Once your order has been submitted and payment successfully processed, our system will initiate a single, one-time deduction; we will never charge your account repeatedly or without authorization.

 The delivery address is complete and accurate
